BNP Paribas Indonesia
BNP Paribas has been active in Indonesia since 1970 and is currently the only fully operating French bank in Indonesia. We offer the expertise of a variety of specialists covering many different fields, and our full banking license allows operations in all currencies including rupiah.
We are represented in Indonesia through two different legal entities:
PT Bank Paribas Indonesia commenced operations as of November 1989 as a joint venture bank - Pt Bank BNP Lippo Indonesia. It is a fully owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group and offers a wide range of corporate banking, trade finance and Fixed Income services to large Indonesian companies and multinationals. Our extensive sector coverage includes the Automotive, Consumer, Commodities as well as Oil, Gas and Mining sectors.
PT BNP Paribas Securities Indonesia specializes in a wide range of investment banking products including Merger and Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Advisory Services, Equity Research & Capital Markets. We are a member of the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange with a full license in Capital Market Underwriting and Equity brokerage.
BNP Paribas Indonesia's Corporate and Investment Banking division consists of a number of business lines, including Coverage and Transactions Group, Corporate Finance, Global Equities, Fixed Income, Cash Management and Structured Finance. Through these business lines, we at BNP Paribas hope to offer our clients and customers a myriad of diverse and dynamic financial products and services to meet their needs.
