Alert on unauthorised websites imitating BNP Paribas

We have been made aware of recent efforts by unauthorised third parties attempting to impersonate BNP Paribas websites for fraudulent purposes, such as requesting a bank transfer.

It is important to note that the official address of our Indonesia website is The Bank has not, and will not conduct client onboarding, request clients or prospects to open accounts, transfer funds or conduct other financial product sales activities through this website. For clients who use BNP Paribas online banking services, if you are unsure whether the website is genuine, please contact your relationship manager.

There is a risk of attempted fraud, and your personal information or device may be compromised if you visit fraudulent sites.

Please remain vigilant regarding any requests for personal information or fund transfers. Never click on attachments or open emails that contain links to suspicious sites or are sourced from an unknown party.

If you receive a call from a BNP Paribas representative and you have concerns as to their identity, please end the call immediately and contact your relationship manager.
